The Platinum Trusted Service award recognises those businesses that go above and beyond to provide a consistently excellent service and dedicate themselves to acing their customer experience year after year.

Great customer service shouldn’t be a one-time deal. It’s a commitment to putting your customers above all else time and again, which we take very seriously at Ethica Diamonds.

When shoppers see a Platinum Trusted Service award, it means they can be confident that the  business will deliver exceptional customer experience every time they shop with us.



Any business that has won the Gold Trusted Service award for three consecutive years, or more, has been awarded with a Platinum Trusted Service award in 2020.

To qualify for Gold Trusted Service each year, you must have collected at least 50 reviews between January 1st and December 31st in  2017, 2018 and 2019, and achieved a Feefo service rating of at least 4.5 out of 5.

The Trusted Service award has always been about recognising companies that truly excel and stand out from their competitors.  The new platinum award is about consistent achievement, and providing outstandingly high levels of customer experience.

Our customer service and keeping each and every customer happy is a tough challenge sometimes, but it means everything to us as a small company, and so we are really proud of this achievement and recognition.
